A warrant shows the FBI took 11 sets of classified documents from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida earlier this week.
ある証拠が、FBIが11組の極秘文書を今週ドナルド・トランプ氏のフロリダにある自宅マー・ア・ラゴから手に入れたことを示しています。
One list of documents is marked “TS/SCI” – or top secret / sensitive compartmented information – a level reserved for information that could cause “exceptionally grave” damage to US security.
1つの書類リストには最高極秘または極秘機密情報、これはアメリカの安全に特に重大な損失を与えかねない情報として保持されているレベルのものですが、これを示すTS/SCIが記されています。
Mr Trump denies any wrongdoing.
トランプ氏は悪いことは何もしていないと否定しています。
He said the items were declassified and safe.
彼は、これらの書類は極秘ではなく安全だと言っています。
The items removed include more than 20 boxes, binders of photos, and a clemency letter written on behalf of political strategist Roger Stone, a long-time Trump ally.
押収されたこれらの書類には、20箱以上の箱、写真のバインダー、政治戦略家の代表でトランプ氏の長年の友であるロジャー・ストーン氏によって書かれた膨大な手紙が含まれています。
Also recovered was information about the “President of France”, although it is unclear what that refers to.
また、何についてか不明ですが、フランス大統領についての情報も発見されました。
A seven-page document including the warrant was unsealed on Friday afternoon.
この証拠も含む7ページの書類は、金曜の午後に開けられました。
The Justice Department had asked a court to make it public on Thursday, a move considered rare amid an ongoing investigation.
司法省は木曜に公表するよう裁判所に要請していましたが、現在捜査が進行中の状況では珍しいことだと考えられます。
